Our body is like a computer filled with data. There are corrupt files in the body that cause disease and illness just like a “Worm Virus”. These files can be in the form of old behaviours and negative beliefs programmed from childhood or as a result of accidents, trauma or grief. When we are able to access this data, clear it and reprogramme the neuro pathways, healing can occur on a deep level.

Meditation Circle:
Meditation is a great way to connect to your own inner wisdom and reduce stress in your life. Anyone can learn meditation and all are welcome. We meet fortnightly on a Monday Night from 7pm in Evanston Park SA. Beginners are welcome. Cost is $10

AHHA Full Moon Connections
is a Networking group for like Spirited people 7pm – 9pm. Come and share in meditation, hear about the energies of the Full Moon and share a cuppa. We always have a Special Guest Speaker who shares their particular expertise on alternative therapies or healings or services. Cost is $5 at Riverdell Spiritual Centre in Hillier (near Gawler)

This workshop targets the self esteem, changing negative behavioural patterns, discovering the way you think and how that affects the way you live your life!
It provides ongoing everyday tools that have a powerful and positive affect enabling development and empowerment on every level.
Positive proven results that are easy and quick to achieve. This workshop is very popular and currently working as a program at Domestic Violence Shelters.
Intuition Development Classes
Learn how to access your intuition through different tools, Pychometry, Dream Interpretation, Aura Reading, Cards, Meditation, Flower readings and get access to your inner voice and Intuition. We are all Intuitive beings and it just takes a little practice to get this flowing in your life. This is a fun experiential day for you to relax and get creative. Learn to love your life again and be passionate about what you want out of it. Learn the ancient art of Tarot Reading, learn what the Tarot means and how to do readings for yourself and others. Your Intuition will grow and you will learn about yourself.
Women’s HeartSong
This workshop is designed to help woman rediscover their inner woman. To enable personal growth and self esteem to flourish. Confidence, passion, nurturing of self and others. Being able to say no to others and define one’s own desires and needs and connect to the inner goddess.
Through a series of story sharing, song and tools we discover and work through old beliefs and conditioning and release them and their connected fears in a safe and supported environment.
This gives freedom and confidence to open into new possibilities for the future and to look with different eyes.
Womens Heartsong Retreat
Using the same tools as in the Womens Heartsong workshop the weekend retreat gives you the chance to delve even deeper and really discover anything holding you back. Old beliefs and patterns are let go and new positive life changing seeds are planted which produce positive results far into the future.
